She has deep technical expertise in agroforestry, farmer-managed natural regeneration (FMNR), and nature-based carbon projects, from design through monitoring. A certified Women’s Leadership in conservation fellow, she champions Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) in climate action. Lavenda holds a Master’s in Environmental cience and a Bachelor’s in Geography.
