At PACAD, we are driven by the urgency to address the climate crisis and the opportunities that sustainable solutions bring. With over a decade of experience in policy formulation and advocacy, research, and program management, I have dedicated my career to developing innovative strategies that support environmental sustainability and social equity. My expertise spans key areas such as policy analysis, gender mainstreaming, and capacity building, which I believe are essential in crafting solutions that are not only effective but inclusive. As the carbon market evolves, I focus on integrating monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure that our programs deliver measurable, long-term impact. With a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning, I’ve been able to bring dynamic and forward-thinking solutions to the challenges we face in combating climate change. At the heart of our organization is a commitment to empowering communities, shaping policy, and creating a world where both people and the planet can thrive. Together, I believe we can make a lasting difference.

During the second day of the Special General Members Meeting, Members officially established the Subnational Regional Coordination Mechanism, a cornerstone of the " KPCG (2025–2028) Strategy". Host organizations were identified for KPCG in *all nine regions* including the newly established "Eastern Region" (Meru, Tharaka Nithi & Embu Counties).

This framework will:

• Strengthen county & inter-county climate governance
• Mobilize members & communities for climate justice
• Enhance access to climate finance & fundraising
• Support documentation & reporting of progress
• Anchor and promote locally led climate action and resilience action

By anchoring climate action closer to communities, these platforms will be engines of advocacy, innovation & and resilience, ensuring that Kenya’s NDC commitments are driven from the ground up.

We educate individuals and communities on the importance of sustainable decomposition and how they can make a difference.

Through partnerships with governments and institutions, we develop and implement programs that reduce waste, improve soil health, and cut down emissions.

We are constantly exploring new and innovative ways to enhance the decomposition process, whether through technological advancements or traditional methods like composting.
